Hosted by Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban), co-organized by Xi'an Jiaotong University and China University of Political Science and Law, the "Confucius China Studies Program-Young Leaders Fellowship" of "Comparative study on Chinese and American law" was held successfully in our school.
This event lasted for two weeks, aiming to promote their knowledge in current situation of China’s legal system construction, the program organized the visitors to participate series of lectures about Chinese civil law, civil procedure law, legal comparison between China and the United States. Participants visited Legal institutions and several view spots to feel and get to know Xi'an, Chinese history and culture.
This activity is beneficial to create "Young Leaders Fellowship" brand project in "Confucius China Studies Program". Twenty-one Juris doctors and two professors from American University of Nebraska Lincoln Law School attended this activity.
